Due to Covid and safety reasons we will not accept any returns or exchanges, If you have any questions, you can always contact us for any return question at relaxactive1@gmail.com. Allow 24-48 hours for a response.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. If you didn’t receive that email, please check your spam and promotions folders. If you don’t find it there, contact customer service via relaxactive1@gmail.com (please provide the email used to place your order), and we’ll follow up with your tracking information.
We don't ship on weekends or major holidays.
